Bad joke. It was because it is named “Petra”. Is there anything better than feta? Our daughter makes the best pizza, with feta of all things. No tomato sauce. No meat. She brushes the ready made crust with olive oil, bakes it to crisp it, tops it with fresh basil, feta, olives, red onions, artichoke hearts and feta. When I first saw it, I didn’t think it could possibly be as good as pepperoni pizza. I was wrong. I actually asked her to make it for our “Christmas” dinner, which was the Monday night before Christmas.
