What made me laugh about #1 and #2 is the sheer vanity. I saw the person who drove the care with plate #1 getting out of the car – I am sure Rae is a nickname.
The name on #2 is actually the name of a (smallish) FX company here in L.A.
But then, they are not called “vanity plates” without a reason.
