It lasted all of 15 minutes. The next rain we’ll probably see end of September – if we are lucky and they come that soon.

We got a massive storm last night. I don’t know how much rain it dropped, but it was certainly spectacular. Lots of lightning, thunder, hail, and a couple of tornadoes south and west. None touched down as far as I know. Tornadoes scare me toothless.

I experienced one tornado once – in Germany, of all places.
It was a wee little one, but it managed to damage a couple of cars and a roof in a matter of seconds.
So I can say: “Seen it, didn’t like it, don’t need the t-shirt.”
