Summertime

Summer is the time when one sees even more lovely old-timer cars on the roads than usual.

With no harsh winters and little rain, conditions for (not only) older cars are perfect. One sees them at every corner and they are always a delightful sight.

Something learned: That is how they kept the lines clean and unbroken. Quite ingenious!

2011 is drawing to a close and the last day of the year was one of spectacularly good weather; even by our SoCal standards 80 F are quite impressive and one had to take a stroll through the Zoo and the Botanical Garden.
