I assume if one would mutter the word “TexMex” at Chili John’s one would be kicked out. They do it Wisconsin style all the way, down to the last strand of pasta.

I was never aware of these different styles in chili before I came here (and especially not of the fact that all those different schools defend “their” chili as the one and only true dish of the chili Gods.)
